Londonderry Fish and Game Club Terms & Conditions
I HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DO HEREBY CERTIFY, THAT I UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP. I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT BY COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION, I AM REPRESENTING THAT I AM THE INDIVIDUAL CONTAINED HEREIN.
The Applicant certifies that by completing this application process, they are IN FACT the person named herein and meet the following terms and conditions:
1. That the applicant is not under indictment or information in any court, for a felony, or any other crime in which incarceration for more than a year could result.
2. Applicant has not been convicted of a felony or any other crime for which a sentence of incarceration for one year or longer resulted.
3. Is not an unlawful user of and/or addicted to illegal drugs;
4. Is not a fugitive from justice;
5. Has not been legally adjudicated as a mental defective;
6. Is not the subject or (defendant) a court order restraining acts of harassing, stalking, or threatening;
7. That the applicant has not been convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence;
8. Has not renounced his or her United States citizenship and is not an alien illegally present in the U.S;
9. Applicant is not a member of any organization, whose purpose, goals and objectives and aims counter the bylaws, principles, goals or purposes of the LFGC.
10. That the applicant practices safe and ethical use of firearms, archery equipment, and laws of the state and country.
Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc., a Private, non-Profit organization organized under the laws of 501(c)7, is a Member-owned, Member-managed sporting club with a membership of up to 2,000 persons.
LFGC does not close its’ facilities during the winter months and does minimal maintenance in order that those members who elect to do so, may use the facilities while cold weather, snow and ice are prevalent.
Where LFGC maintains its’ facilities minimally and does not use salt, sand or other measures to abate ice and snow usually occurring in winter conditions.
ALL MEMBERS AND PERSONS ENTERING HEREIN DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND LFGC WARNS THAT IT DOES NOT CONDUCT TRADITIONAL ICE AND SHOW REMOVAL OPERATIONS.
By SUBMITTING this application, this waiver and disclosure, each and every member acknowledges that (a) ice and snow may create a fall hazard; (b) changing weather conditions, foot traffic, vehicle traffic and use will create a risk of ice and snow existing on ranges, parking and driving areas and that if due care is not exercised, falls may occur.
By submitting this Acknowledgement and waiver, the member acknowledges that he or she is cautioned and expressly forewarned of potentially hazardous conditions on LFGC grounds that may exist arising out of winter weather conditions, and by entering onto club property, each and every member assumes the associated risks with using our ranges under winter conditions.
By making use of the Facilities, Ranges grounds, trails, roads, fishing pond or other facilities, signor understands acknowledges that use of the facilities is for a recreational purpose only and the LFGC, Inc. is not liable for any and all personal injuries, property damage or other malfunction, in the absence of intentional causation or gross negligence. Signor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc, Its Officers and Board of Directors from any and all liability arising from said use.
WORK AND LABOR: No member shall perform any labor or work at the Londonderry Fish and Game Club, Inc. without the express written authorization or consent of a Club Officer or a Board Member. LFGC holds periodic work parties, and said work parties shall be conducted ONLY by an Officer or Club Director. No Member shall participate in a volunteer work party without first signing a participation roster of the LFGC. When participating in a work party, members shall follow the instructions of the Officer or Board member conducting the work party.
Representation of Genuine Intent: By signing this application below, I affirm that I am not a member of any group, movement, or organization that opposes the mission, culture, the ethos or operations of the Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. By signing below, I am affirming my strongest and full advocacy, support for and fealty to the second amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Part First Article 2a of the New Hampshire Constitution.
Privacy: LFGC does not share, sell or submit any member information with any third party companies for any reason.
Refund Policy: LFGC offers a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Refund requests made after 30 days will be prorated on a monthly basis.
