 Range Use Rules
Revised  and adopted as of May 2, 2006
  1. The ranges are for use only by club members and their accompanied guests. Junior members must be under the supervision of an adult, ages 18 or older. (exceptions apply, see terms and conditions)

  2. Firearms muzzles shall be pointed in a safe direction at all times.

  3. All Firearms shall be unloaded with the actions open when people are forward of the firing line.

  4. Targets shall be placed as close as practical to the backstop burms. Used targets shall be taken down and carried out when shooting is finished. Glass and alcoholic containers are forbidden on Club property, excepting meetings and work parties.

  5. All Persons present on the firing line shall wear appropriate eye and ear protection.

  6. The discharging of any firearms is to take place exercising safety at all times and, only on a designated range and only from the firing line of that range.

  7. No Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the ranges. No persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted on any range.

  8. The range officer, any elected club officer, or any member of the board of directors may, at any time, ask any person to leave the range; or may, at any time close the range.

  9. Fully automatic firing firearms are permitted ONLY on the 25 Yard Utility Range and shall be of a subgun caliber utilizing common handgun cartidges only.  Full Auto Rifles shall only be utilized at Sanctioned Club events.

  10. Semi-automatic firearms may not be fired in a manner, that simulates full automatic fire in  an unsafe manner.

  11. Members must wear their club membership card while on club premises.

  12. Shooting hours are from 8:00 am to one half hour after official sunset.

  13. All injuries and accidents shall be reported immediately to a club officer or member of the board.
